  • Many permits are issued within a couple business days after submission, assuming paperwork and insurance are in order.

Inspection & Closeout

  • After work begins on the project, the necessary inspections are requested and scheduled to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Once inspections pass and any final sign-offs are obtained, the job is complete.
