Praedis Group LLC is not a law firm, engineering firm, or architecture firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, architectural services, or engineering services. Any such services, if required, must be provided by appropriately licensed third-party professionals.

These third parties operate independently. Praedis Group LLC does not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the performance, pricing, timelines, or outcomes of third-party services.

6. Accuracy and Client Responsibilities

While we make reasonable efforts to assist with filings and compliance matters, outcomes are dependent on governmental agencies and the accuracy of information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete, accurate, and timely information

  • Reviewing submitted materials when requested

  • Understanding that agency review times, approvals, rejections, or enforcement actions are outside our control

Praedis Group LLC does not guarantee approvals, timelines, or specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Praedis Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of this website or our services

  • Agency delays, denials, or enforcement actions

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client

  • Acts or omissions of third-party professionals

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to Praedis Group LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
